Ridgeland’s Art, Wine, and Wheels Weekend

Ridgeland’s Art, Wine, and Wheels Weekend is about fine art through the Ridgeland Fine Arts Festival and fine wine through the Sante’ South Wine Festival with both festivals occurring in conjunction with the One Behind the Other Tandem Bicycle Rally! This destination weekend has been named a Top 20 Event by the Southeast Tourism Society.

At the Ridgeland Fine Arts Festival, you can enjoy gorgeous and unique artwork and jewelry on display for purchase along with live music, wine and beer tasting stations, children’s creative craft corner hosted by the Craftsmen’s Guild of Mississippi, Student Art Gallery, and the Mississippi Museum of Art’s pARTicipatory Pollock. This juried art show of America’s finest artists is not to be missed! You may find the perfect piece to take home. Festival hours are 10-6 on Saturday and 11-5 on Sunday.

Sante’ South Wine Festival benefits the Alzheimer’s Association Mississippi Chapter. Kick off this festival with a Run Now, Wine Later 5k sponsored by Fleet Feet Sports on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available for the VIP Tasting on Saturday, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. and the Grand Tasting Event from 7:30 – 10 p.m. The festival includes boutique wines from around the world and the opportunity to speak directly with the winemaker! Features more than 120 exceptional wines and fine food samplings from more than 20 of Mississippi’s top restaurants.

One Behind the Other Tandem Bicycle Rally begins Thursday, April 1 with rides of varying lengths and tours available through Sunday, April 3. Features Rez Rides on Friday, Taste of Small Town Mississippi Rides on Saturday and Natchez Trace Parkway Rides on Sunday.
