Potential boat owners can search for hot deals as well as prize-bearing Easter eggs at the 3rd annual Barnett Reservoir Boat Show March 26-27 at the parking lot of Madison County Landing in Ridgeland. Show hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the event is free to the public. Sponsored by the Barnett Reservoir Foundation, the show will feature several local dealers showing a full line of the latest watercraft, including pontoon boats, fishing boats, ski boats, pleasure craft and jet skis.

Easter egg hunts for children will be held hourly both days, and each of the plastic treasures will hold prizes. Food and beverages will be available onsite, and a drawing will be held for a kayak from Academy Sports+Outdoors. Other door prizes will be awarded including life jackets from SeaTow and the Main Harbor Store.

Saturday promises to be a big day with the weigh-in of the Mississippi BASS Nation High School tournament at Madison Landing.
